THIS IS A DEVIANT ART GROUP for all the newbies reading this.....

People have been recently asking me why I add watermarks to the deviations that are submitted and why I disable the comments. Well, because the last thing I want is for people to give me the credit for YOUR submitted deviations. I one thing that pisses me off is that some random people obviously can't can't read or completely ignore the stuff I put on the artist comments, so, they favorite or collect YOUR deviations off of my page. There were times when I would see that I had 6 favs 20 somethin views endless comments, but, the original artist had nothing.

That really gives me a bad taste in my mouth and the last thing I would want is for someone to leave because people think that its all my work. If you can fav and/or comment and download then, YES, its my artwork. But if not then its not my original artwork.

I know how people are so....

If you don't want to have a watermark on your deviations, comments disabled, size changed to the smallest then let me know. I do this so when people come to see it, they are forced to go to YOUR page and go into YOUR gallery and find YOUR deviation.

About the Club

This club is in full support of Slipknot. One of the best heavy metal bands in the world. If you have any deviations in relation to Slipknot, please feel free to submit them in this group.

How To Gain Membership

1. Put this club in your watchlist.


2. It would be greatly appreciated if you could place the club avatar in your journals or place a link in your signature. This will help the group grow.


• To do so, type icon[theclubname] in between two colons[:]



• You MUST send a note with the title "Memebership Request" so you can be acknowledged as a member of the club.




How To Submit Art to the Club


It is impossible to submit art to the group like you can on your own account because this is a different account entirely.
Therefore, I will explain how this can be done.

[Disclaimer: All forms of art are acceptable as long as they have something to do with Slipknot.]


1. You have to send a note to the group with the title "Submission."



-In the note you MUST have a thumbnail of the photo you wish to have submitted.


To do this just copy and paste the thumbnail code to the note.


This code can be found at the bottom of the details list on the actual display page of your deviation.



NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT SEE THE END RESULT
THE NOTE WILL SIMPLEY BE SENT OFF

THE THUMBNAIL WILL ALSO ACT AS A LINK; JUST SO YOU KNOW

2. Once this is done, you MUST place the group icon in the comments of the deviation that you requested to be submitted.
   
   
   -This must be done so there is a mutual understanding between the sender and the receipant that the deviation "can" in fact be use for the group.
   
   
   
3. If you want to favorite a deviation that you like, then follow the link that will be provided at the bottom of the display.
   
   This link will bring you to display page of the original artist's deviation.
